The Rangers lose one of their depth forwards as John Mitchell has signed with the Colorado Avalanche. Mitchell played some big minutes for the Rangers and was a very effective 3rd and 4th line forward but he is someone that the Rangers could replace with the guys out on the open market. Konopka, Knuble, this free agency class is littered with depth forwards
