Tampa Bay Inks Sami Salo

The Lightning added some offense to their blueline with the addition of Sami Salo, a two-year/$7.5 million deal. Salo is certainly at the tail end of his career but he can still help the Lightning and he should do well to help the powerplay. The Lightning once again overpay a Vancouver defenseman, you would’ve thought they learned their lesson after signing Mattias Ohlund a few years ago.
